We are both 49 years old, with three children, now Vegard 15, Kristin 18 and Håkon 20 years old. We were married in 1989, and attended a ME weekend in 1998. Since then we have been involved with the ME community in Norway. This has been very meaningful for us, as a tool to keep the weekend experience alive. We live in the coastal town of Tønsberg, about one hour south of Oslo. Asbjørn is a journalist in the paper in town, Berit is a nurse. Because - through Marriage Encounter we discovered and rekindled the love we have for each other. It is such a blessing to participate on a weekend, and we strongly recommend that more married couples do so. It gives a new joy and closeness in the relationship. |
